Our senior sta ff are closely involved with all stages of our developments and can often
be seen working on site. We believe this hands-on approach ensures the highest standards
of cra ftsmanship by our construction teams and that our meticulous high standards,
attention to detail and quality of finish are reflected throughout our entire build process.

To give the very best customer service we are more than happy to arrange viewings on
any of our developments, no matter what the stage of construction. We are also able to
offer personalised finishes and speci fications, depending on the build stage.

All of our completed homes are individually inspected by our senior sta ff prior to
handover, ensuring that our exacting company standards have been met for our
discerning purchasers. Wedgewood Homes are NHBC registered builders and all of our
new homes come complete with a 10 year NHBC warranty. Our customer services team
is second to none and are on hand to ensure that any queries from our homeowners are
dealt with speedily and efficiently.
