                                                                          shop fronts, art galleries and independent boutiques, visitors come from far and wide for a stroll, a
                                                                          browse, and a look at the buildings and immerse themselves in the local history. Further retail
                                                                          opportunities abound in the historic city of nearby Canterbury, with a mix of designer boutiques
                                                                          and upscale high-street stores available.

Situated in a desirable, leafy area of Whitstable, Scape is ideal for families, being close to a host of excellent schools. Just a short walk from Scape
is Joy Lane Primary and for secondary education, Whistable Community College is also within easy reach. Alternatively, for private schooling, Kent
College Canterbury, 4.5 miles away also receives excellent results taking pupils from 2- 18 years.

Whitstable is on the north Kent coast, about five miles from Canterbury. Follow the A290 from Canterbury, or alternatively this road is linked
to the M2 (junction 7) via the A299. Whitstable has its own station with links to London Victoria, taking approximately 90 minutes. Or, at 20
miles away, Ashford International Station runs Eurostar trains for foreign business and leisure trips. Dover and its ferry port is also just 30 miles
away via the A2, offering further opportunities to enjoy a break on the continent.
