Each home is inspected at key stages, thus ensuring our compliance with all enhanced standards of the warranty provider.

The objective is to reduce the likelihood of defects in the new home, by the warranty provider working with us to promote good practice and the use of appropriate materials.

We work with several different warranty providers, such as NHBC, BuildZone and ICW meaning our internal quality control processes adhere to all of the various requirements of these different providers.
